Refund policy
Change of mind
Any change of mind should be notified within 48 hrs of receiving the product.
We keep limited handpicked stock on each item and hence replacement is not possible if the item is out of stock.
Refunds are offered on items returned within 2-days of your delivery date and will incur a $10 postage and handling fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24hr) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We keep limited handpicked stock on each item and hence replacement is not possible if the item is out of stock.
No return will be offered if the customer has damaged the product through mis-usage or mishandling. This also include general wear and tear of product usage over a period of time.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like earrings and hair accessories
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We keep limited handpicked stock on each item and hence replacement/exchange with same design is not possible, if the item is out of stock. We will offer store credits, if needed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
